Refund Policy

Effective Date: January 21, 2026

Last Updated: October 23, 2026

This Refund Policy explains when and how you may obtain a refund for paid subscriptions and credit purchases on Whisk AI, operated by SpeciAI LLC. It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service. Full company details are provided in the Contact Us section at the end of this policy.

Eligibility

This policy applies to all paid subscriptions and credit purchases made through the Service.

• Refund window: You may request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase or renewal charge.
• Usage condition: Refunds are available only if you have used less than 50% of the credits included in the corresponding billing cycle at the time of your request.
• Requests made after the 7-day window, or after using 50% or more of your credits, are generally not eligible for a refund.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be granted in the following circumstances:

• Credits or subscription periods that have already been substantially used (50% or more)
• Charges older than 7 days at the time of the request
• Accounts terminated or suspended for violation of our Terms of Service, including the Acceptable Use Policy
• Fees explicitly identified as non-refundable at the time of purchase

Cancelling Your Subscription

• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting [email protected].
• When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, and you retain access to paid features and any remaining credits for that period.
• After the current billing period ends, your subscription will not renew and you will not be charged again.
• Cancellation stops future renewals but does not, by itself, trigger a refund for the current period. Refund eligibility is governed by this Refund Policy.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at [email protected] with:

• The email address associated with your account
• The transaction or order details (date and amount)
• The reason for your refund request

We will review your request and respond within a reasonable time.

Processing

• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Subotiz Payments or Clink, according to the channel used for the original purchase.
• Depending on your payment provider and bank, it may take several business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
• Upon a refund, any remaining credits associated with the refunded purchase will be revoked, and related premium access may be discontinued.

Payment Channels and Statement Names

Payments and refunds may be handled by different processing entities or merchants of record, depending on the selected Subotiz Payments or Clink channel. Where a merchant of record is used, it acts as the seller for that transaction; SpeciAI LLC continues to provide Whisk AI and product support. Please contact us at [email protected] with your order details so we can review your request and coordinate with the relevant payment channel.

The merchant name shown on your bank or card statement may differ from Whisk AI or SpeciAI LLC. The configured statement name for Subotiz Payments card transactions is WA WHISKAI*; the statement name for Clink is whisk. Names may vary by payment method and may be formatted or shortened by your bank. A refund may therefore appear under the payment-processing entity or channel's statement name. For further details, see Names on Bank and Card Statements.

Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. Enterprise customers may be subject to the specific refund terms set out in their individual agreements.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
